About Our Name

A great deal of thought and effort went into the selection of our company name, Cephas Innovation. In doing so, we identified two words that uniquely described our organization and culture:

Cephas: prounounced see-phas, an Syriac (Aramaic) surname meaning "rock," given by Christ to Simon in John 1:42 saying, "You will be called Cephas." Cephas Innovation is headquartered on the front range of the Rocky Mountains. Our location combined with our rich values and culture fit well with the word "Cephas."
Innovation: defined in Webster's dictionary as "the act of introducing something new." Our clients are often amazed at how uniquely we do things, and often times view our entrepreneurial delivery style combined with our enterprise experience and knowledge as completely "innovative".
