Relationships lasting a decade…Cephas Innovation and NuWa Industries continue to maintain tight relationship
After 10 years of working together, NuWa Industries, the firm’s first client, continues to trust Cephas Innovation with all their web development needs.
DENVER — June 02, 2006 — In 1996, Cephas Innovation created version 1.0 of the NuWa Industries website. Over the past 10 years, NuWa’s web presence has grown from a small trial of Internet marketing to their primary sales channel, receiving over 1 Million hits each month. Cephas Innovation unveiled today the 10th consecutive release of nuwa.com, which features the all new 2007 model year information.
The new website, located at www.nuwa.com, features a new Macromedia Flash animation that allows NuWa to push a collection of five “promotional” slides to the homepage. Each slide links to a complete page about that individual promotion, and any NuWa staff member can easily update the slides using a simple XML interface instead of modifying the entire Flash file.
Also new this year is a complete Knowledge Base (KB) system that allows users to pose questions to NuWa that are answered within the KB for all visitors to see. Users can ask pre-sales questions, find out about warranty or support issues, or simply ask a question about the company itself. The most popular KB articles are featured on the FAQ homepage, and users can rate articles as to their usefulness. Many other features of the nuwa.com website make it truly in a class of it’s own, including a completely dynamic, database driven product information system that can be updated by NuWa at any time, online streaming and downloadable videos, and a “What’s New” section that provides timely information to frequent visitors.
