Each client or project can be assigned a separate workspace within the portal site that allows for comprehensive contact management, issue and task tracking, calendar and schedule information, internal discussion, and document repository complete with document check-out capabilities. By utilizing Microsoft Sharepoint technology, CephasPortal ensures easy of use, integration with Microsoft Office applications, and incremental scalability.
Cephas Innovation also offers hosted Sharepoint plans to clients who want their own similar Sharepoint solution. Starting at just $20 per month, clients receive their own portal site with up to 35 users and 300MB disk space. Customers can then elect to maintain the site themselves or engage Cephas Innovation to administer the site.
